Time 4 Cream of Rice Refresher Shake
Ingredients
To make this Cream of Rice Refresher Shake recipe, you will need:
1 Scoop Time 4 Cream of Rice Original Unflavoured
50ml Cold Water (Almond Milk also works well)
6 Cubes of Mango
8 whole Strawberries (remove stems)
6 cubes of Pineapple
1 tblsp Honey
6-8 Ice Cubes
Method
In a blender add 1 scoop of Time 4 Cream of Rice Original Unflavoured powder with 50ml cold water or Almond Milk and blend for 30 seconds.
Add in the Mango, Strawberries, Pineapple and Honey and blend again for 30 seconds.
Add Ice cubes and blend for 30-60 seconds depending on how powerful your blender is. (I use a Vitamix)
Once you have achieved the desired consistency combine both mixtures and stir well.
Pour into glass and enjoy!
