Ingredients

To make this Time 4 Jaffa Cake Overload Protein Brownie Cake, you will need:


1 Cup unsalted butter
2 Scoops Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Jaffa cake Flavour
3/4 Teaspoon Cocoa powder
2 Cups granulated sugar
1 Cup brown sugar
4 Large eggs
1 Tablespoon orange flavouring
1½ Cups plain flour
12 Jaffa cakes finely chopped
8 Jaffa cakes (whole)
½ Teaspoon salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a 9”x13” square pan and coat with cooking spray or grease with a light coating of butter.
In a medium bowl of your electric mixer, mix butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
Add beaten eggs and stir until just mixed, add orange flavouring.
For the remaining ingredients, stir in with a spatula.
Stir in flour, protein powder and salt until fully mixed together.
Fold in Jaffa cake the finely chopped Jaffa cake pieces.
Spread evenly in your baking pan and bake for 28-32 minutes.
Watch carefully and do not over bake.
Remove from oven and tear up remaining Jaffa cakes and press gently into the brownie and place in fridge for 3 hours before serving.

Cooling Time: 3 hours
