Time 4 Vanilla Ice Cream, Mango & Tajin Protein Shake
Ingredients
To make this Vanilla Ice Cream, Mango and Tajin Protein Shake recipe, you will need:
1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Flavour
½ Mango diced
100ml cup cold water
1 Small Lime wedge
Tajin seasoning
Method
Cut the mango in half, remove the flesh, dice and set to one side in a bowl.
In a blender (I use a Vitamix). Pour in the water and Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder and blitz for 30 seconds.
Add in your diced mango, squeeze in your lime and blitz until smooth.
Let the shake rest while you prep your glass.
Sprinkle out enough Tajin to cover the rim of your glass into a small bowl then lightly wet the rim of the glass and dip it straight into the tajin for 15-30secs.
Turn the glass back up, pour in your shake and enjoy!
