Ingredients

To make this Jaffa Cake High Protein Taquitos recipe, you will need:

Taquitos - Small tortillas


FILLING
4 tbsp thick heavy cream
1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Jaffa Cake Flavour
3 Jaffa cakes finely chopped.
¼ orange finely chopped
Orange Zest



ADDITIONAL
Cocktail sticks
Piping bag (alternative; sandwich bag with corner cut off)

Method

Pour and heat oil into a large skillet ¼ of the way.
Roll tortillas into a flute shape and place a cocktail stick through the middle to keep the tortilla in place.
Cook in oil for 2mins or until golden brown and place of kitchen roll to cool and absorb excess oil for 10mins.
In a mixing bowl bring together the thick heavy cream, Time 4 Nutrition Jaffa Cake Whey Protein, finely chopped Jaffa cakes and finely chopped orange.
Once all ingredients are combined, spoon into a piping bag (alternative; sandwich bag, with corner cut off).
Gentle handle your cooled Taquitos as you don’t want them to break and pipe your mixture into each end and place onto a plate.
Sprinkle over orange zest and serve (Great with ice cream)
