Ingredients

To make this Jaffa Cake High Protein Mousse recipe, you will need:


1 scoop Time 4 Whey Protein Professional Jaffa Cake Flavour
1tbs peanut butter
¼ cup Almond Milk
1tbs maple syrup
1 teaspoon cacao powder
½ tbs mini chocolate chips
Grated orange zest

Method

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips
Whisk until smooth
Let sit for 2-3minutes to absorb
Mix in the chocolate chips
Sprinkle on orange zest


OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Crushed nuts
Rainbow sprinkles

Sit Time: 2-3 mins.


Note:
The longer the whip is left to sit, the thicker it will become. Loosen with a teaspoon of almond milk or water.
