I was 17 and training in our local gym. I was asked if I’d like to work in the gym so I got my first qualification as a fitness instructor.

Bodybuilding and lifestyle.

WHAT IS THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR CAREER?

Building my own gyms and coming 3rd in the UKBFF British Bodybuilding Finals.

WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TRAINING PROGRAMME?

Training 5-6 days a week. Usually just 1 muscle group at a time.

WHAT TIP WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE NEW TO EXERCISE?

FOOD! Get that right first. Then consistancy.

WHAT IS THE FUNNIEST OR WORST EXCUSE FROM A CLIENT FOR NOT FOLLOWING YOUR ADVICE?

Too many to mention. They are all funny and useless excuses. Man up, lol!

Yes, Bodybuilding.
