Born on January 4, 2000, Jordan Dunne is a passionate fitness coach and the founder of ADriveToThriveCoaching, where he encourages clients to push past limits, build mental and physical strength, and create unstoppable momentum in their lives. Influenced by the philosophies of resilience, discipline, and stoicism, Jordan’s approach to fitness combines the grit of David Goggins, the intellectual depth of Jordan Peterson, and the grounded wisdom of Ryan Holiday.

Jordan’s fitness journey began at the age of 13, fuelled by a love of kickboxing, trampolining and time spent in the gym. Over the years, his passion expanded to include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, running, and strength training. From casual park runs, Jordan developed a deep love for running, embracing it as a metaphor for life, progress is made one step at a time, no matter how hard the road gets.

With 4 years of professional experience in the fitness industry, Jordan specialises in HYROX training, running programs, and body transformations, helping clients achieve results that transcend the physical. Whether it’s preparing for an endurance event, a special occasion or achieving life-changing weight loss, Jordan’s coaching is designed to transform not just bodies, but minds.
